Analytical People was launched in 2008 by John McConnell. John has been delivering Analytical Services in a broad range of business and research areas for over 20 years. Through the '90s he worked for SPSS in a variety of Professional Services delivery and management roles. Since 2000 John has been involved in ventures which have applied advanced analytical methods as services and/or technologies. In 2004 he co-founded Applied Insights with Neil Mason.

Analytical People was created to help bridge the gap between the demand and supply of analytical expertise. We aim to join up the 2 sides of this equation; bringing the right skills to the demand side and ensuring that they are delivered in the most equitable way.

Broadly speaking our people are either on staff, part of a network of partners - typically specialist companies who focus on particular areas or sometimes freelancers who do the same - or individuals who are looking for full time or contract positions.
